Retrieves notification settings for the specified account.
Notifications are grouped by entity type, and each entity holds an array of notification maps. The available notification types depend on the entity. For each notification the response indicates whether it is enabled, how often it should be sent, which delivery channels are selected, and which collaborators receive email. Delivery does not fall back to owners or administrators when the recipient list is empty. Account-level notifications apply account-wide when enabled. Experience-level notifications include a scopes array; each entry has a project_id (all or a project ID), ids (all or experience IDs), and optional metadata (e.g. report export options or low_confidence thresholds). Use { project_id: all, ids: all } for account-wide scope. Stats alert types use the same project-level scope shape; low_confidence threshold metadata is optional (product defaults apply when omitted). srm_detected is skipped at runtime when multi-armed bandit (MAB) is enabled on the experience.
Allowed frequencies by type: most types accept immediately/daily/weekly/monthly; low_traffic and metric_stopped_recording accept immediately only; report_summary accepts daily/weekly/monthly only.
The payload also indicates whether Slack and Microsoft Teams are connected based on the account's integration configuration.
