Create a new tag

Defines a new tag within a project. Requires a tag name and an optional description. Tags can then be applied to experiences, goals, etc., to help organize them.

Body Params

Represents a tag (keyword or label) that can be associated with various Convert entities like experiences, goals, audiences, hypotheses, and observations.
