Retrieves a list of all API keys configured for the specified account.
API keys are used for server-to-server authentication, allowing applications to interact with the Convert API programmatically.
Each key can be scoped to specific projects.

Which keys are listed depends on the caller's access. A user who holds an all-projects access entry on the account, whatever role that entry carries, sees every key.
A project-scoped user sees a key only when every project that key is scoped to is one they can access; keys scoped to all projects are not listed for them.
Requests authenticated with an API key rather than a user session return an empty list.
